Plan prices are for standard commuter bikes. Larger bikes are quoted individually. Unused visits do not carry over past the plan term.
Step 1
Pick a plan at the counter or by phone. We note your bike, its mileage and its last known service.
Step 2
Pay the plan price upfront. You get a plan card and every visit is logged against it.
Step 3
We call or message when a service is due, based on time or the kilometres you report.
Step 4
Drop in for washes whenever you like within the term, and book services when reminded.

Yes, once during the plan term, as long as the new bike is in the same size category. Let us know at the counter and we will update the plan card.
The plan can move to the new owner with the bike, or to your next bike. Plans are not refunded for unused visits after the first 14 days — see our refund policy for details.
Services in a plan cover labour. Oil, filters and other parts are charged at the listed price, with 10% off on the Everyday Rider plan.
If you are away or the bike is off the road for more than a month, we can pause the plan once for up to 60 days. Just tell us before the pause starts.
