Prices are guides, not surprises. If an inspection finds more work, we stop, show you, and give you a written quote. You are never charged for work you did not approve.
Describe the symptom — a rattle at idle, a brake that pulls, a battery that dies overnight — and book a diagnosis slot. A technician rides or runs the bike, checks the obvious causes first and gives you a plain-language explanation with options and prices.
If you go ahead with the repair the same day, the diagnosis fee is taken off the bill. If you would rather think about it, you leave with the findings written down.
Ask at check-in. Most of these are done while the bike is already on the stand, at a small fixed price or free with a service.
Choose a slot, tell us the bike and the job. We will confirm by phone and have everything ready when you roll in.
